What are your hours?: My standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM.
I am closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Where are you located?: I’m based in Willits, California, right in the heart of beautiful Northern California. I serve clients throughout Mendocino County and beyond, and I’m always happy to travel for special sessions.
What is your specialty?: My specialty is outdoor photography that captures authentic, natural moments in beautiful settings. I love working with families, couples, and individuals to createimages that tell their story with warmth and emotion. Whether it’s a golden sunset session, a heartfelt wedding, or cozy in-home portraits, I focus on creating timeless heirlooms of art that showcase genuine connections and memories you’ll cherish for years to come.
What are your prices?: Every client experience is unique, and pricing depends on the type of session and the artwork you choose. Most families invest between $200 and $3,000+ on sessions and custom portraits, including digital images, prints, albums, and wall art. I’ll always work within your comfort zone and guide you toward options that best fit your vision — no pressure, ever.
Do you require a retainer fee to book?: Yes! A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. For portrait sessions, a $25 non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and half of the session fee($200–$700) is required when scheduling your session. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your session. For weddings, a $350 non-refundableretainer is required. These deposits and retainers ensure your date is reserved and allow me to fully prepare for your session. If you need to reschedule, your deposit or retainer will be applied to the new session date.
What payment options do you accept?: For your convenience, I accept all major credit cards as well as Venmo.
How far in advance should I schedule?: I recommend booking your session as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons like spring and summer. Generally, scheduling2-4 weeks in advance gives us plenty of time to plan the perfect location and details for your session. For weddings, special events, or holidays, it’s best to book even earlier to ensure availability. I’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule and allows for a relaxed, enjoyable session.
Are you willing to travel?: Yes! I love exploring new places to create beautiful backdrops for your photos. I happily travel for sessions, weddings, and events. Sessions within my localarea in are included in your fee, and for locations outside of that, a travel fee mayapply. I’ll always be upfront about any additional costs and work with you to plan a location that fits your vision perfectly.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: Yes. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. This allows me to offer your spot to another client. Deposits and retainers are non-refundable, but with proper notice, they can be applied toward a future session.
