- 1. HOW DO I BOOK WITH YOU?

Booking is simple! You can reach out through the contact form on my website or email me directly at mary@maryleesphotographycom. Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll respond within one business day with details on scheduling a consultation call and reserving your date.
- 2. DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes, I love to travel! I’m based in Willits, California, and travel is included within a 30-mile radius of zip code 95490. For locations beyond that, a small travel fee applies per mile.
If your wedding is out of state, I’d be happy to create a custom travel quote — just send me an email to discuss the details!
- 3. WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

You’ll receive an email with a link to your online gallery approximately six weeks after your wedding day. I know how exciting it is to relive those moments, so I also send a few sneak peeks within 48 hours — just enough to hold you over while the full gallery is being perfected!
If you’d like your complete gallery delivered sooner, a rushed delivery option can be added to your package.
- 4. DO YOU SELL ALBUMS?

Absolutely! I offer complimentary album design for all my wedding clients. Once your gallery is complete, I’ll begin crafting your custom album layout — a beautiful way to preserve your favorite moments for generations to come.
You’ll also receive access to an online print shop, where you and your loved ones can conveniently order prints, canvases, albums, and other fine art keepsakes. Simply share your gallery link, and family members can easily place orders right from home!
- 5. DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?

Absolutely! A 20% retainer is required upfront to reserve your wedding date. After that, I’m happy to create a flexible payment plan that fits your needs. Payments can be divided however you prefer, as long as the balance is paid in full before your wedding day.
- 6. DO YOU RETOUCH PHOTOS?

I believe in capturing genuine, natural beauty — the real moments that make your day unforgettable. My style leans toward a documentary approach, so I don’t heavily retouch or alter appearances. However, I do remove any temporary blemishes or distractions to ensure each image looks its best. Every photo you receive is carefully edited in my signature style, reflecting the true essence of your day.
- 7. HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECIEVE?

Every wedding day is unique, so the number of images varies depending on the flow of events and coverage time. On average, you can expect around 100 photos per hour of shooting. For example, an 8-hour wedding typically includes approximately 800 images.
Rest assured, I never leave out meaningful moments — if I think you’ll love it, it will be included!
- 9. WHAT IF IT RAINS?

I’ve got you — rain or shine, your wedding day will be incredible! I always come prepared to photograph in any weather, with a plan in place for sunshine, wind, or rain. If it’s just a light drizzle, I love using clear umbrellas to capture those romantic “dancing in the rain” moments. They’re unique, heartfelt, and often become some of the most memorable photos of the entire day.
